With a degree in Information Systems and having previously worked for Intel and IBM Global Services Neil brings over 25 years of experience to DG-ITS. Understanding how support services are delivered on a global scale and delivering this same quality and attention to our customers is paramount to DG-ITS approach. In his spare time Neil is a keen cyclist riding for the Kenilworth Wheelers.

Ben served in the British Army for several years after which he left to complete a degree and obtain Microsoft Certifications. Ben has previously worked at Adidas and IT consultancies for 8 years. Ben then set up his own IT company and grew that over the following 13 years. Ben in his free time, loves nothing more than watching Rugby, and likes to tour on motorcycles. However never one to be dull ben is also renovating an old boat (Contessa 26) from the seventies, and hopes to sail her across the Atlantic when time permits.

From new servers, laptops and desktops chances are Paul will be involved ensuring the highest standards of service. Outside work Paul is a big gamer and mountain biker.

My love for IT started at a young age as did my love for gaming at the same time, developing my IT knowledge and skills through school courses and working with computers in general. Luke is now an experienced support engineer and is increasingly involved in customer projects delivering new server builds, Office 365 migrations and many more.
